Queen’s Grant High School does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs or activities, which are required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and its implementing regulations. Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities that receive federal financial assistance. This protection extends to all educational programs and activities, including, but not limited to, admissions, recruitment, financial aid, academic programs, athletics, housing, and employment.

Prohibited Conduct

In accordance with Title IX, Queen’s Grant High School strictly prohibits discrimination, harassment, and retaliation on the basis of sex, including sexual harassment, sexual violence, and other forms of gender-based misconduct. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff, and faculty, where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

Reporting and Grievance Procedures

Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation under Title IX may report the incident to the Title IX Coordinator. Reports can be made in person, by mail, by telephone, or by electronic mail, using the contact information below.

Our grievance procedures are designed to provide a prompt, fair, and impartial investigation and resolution of complaints. We take all reports seriously and will ensure that appropriate measures are taken to address and resolve any incidents of discrimination or harassment.
