Our contractor has been diligently working alongside the civil engineer to secure approval of the conceptual site plan for rezoning from the city of Charlotte. We’re also addressing the history of the stream located near the baseball field with the assistance of Foxx Contracting. Once we obtain Charlotte’s approval, we will proceed with rezoning approval in Mint Hill.
